Ginger & Turmeric Elixir

Learn how to make this immune boosting ginger and turmeric elixir.
What you'll need:
- Juicer or Vitamix
- 1/2" piece of peeled fresh ginger (or to taste)
- 1/2" piece of peeled fresh turmeric or 1/2 tsp powdered turmeric
- 4 oz of 0range juice (add more to cut sharpness of ginger)
- 1/2 lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1tbs Apple cider vinegar
- 1tbs maple syrup
- Med mason Jar
Add ginger and turmeric to juicer then add remaining ingredients to mason jar, shake and enjoy 1oz daily. (Keep refrigerated up to a week)
