Ginger & Turmeric Elixir

Learn how to make this immune boosting ginger and turmeric elixir.

What you'll need:

  • Juicer or Vitamix

  • 1/2" piece of peeled fresh ginger (or to taste)

  • 1/2" piece of peeled fresh turmeric or 1/2 tsp powdered turmeric

  • 4 oz of 0range juice (add more to cut sharpness of ginger)

  • 1/2 lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1tbs Apple cider vinegar

  • 1tbs maple syrup 

  • MedIUM mason Jar 

Add ginger and turmeric to juicer then add remaining ingredients IN A mason jar, shake and enjoy 1oz daily. (Keep refrigerated up to a week)
