Ultimate New York City Condo

Developed by Sumida and Khurana, this seven-story structure is built from concrete, vast surfaces of glass, galvanized steel, and a living green wall — measuring 55 feet high by 99 feet wide.
The design of each condo is approached as a custom residence, with each unit given the utmost attention to detail and craft.
For the first time, images have been released showing the interiors of its exclusive multi-story penthouse. With an asking price of $35 million, the 9,000 sq. ft. penthouse spans three levels and features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and 3,240-square-feet of outdoor space.

The rooftop garden is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, a fireplace and a soaking tub.

The penthouse interior, designed by New York based firm Gabellini Sheppard Associates, consists of high-end finishes, including on a custom spiral staircase constructed from Pietra Cardosa stone, glass and satin steel.
