Shipping Policy

Shipping, methods of shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 1 day (Monday to Friday) of receipt and payment.  If there is a delay for any reason you will be notified.

Our vendors direct shipments based on where the order is going, the size and weight of the package(s) and the most efficient shipping method.

Customer orders are sent by category to one of our 5 vendor partners (ie: Decorative Accessories, Area Rugs, Lighting, Furniture and Bedding/Textiles).  When an order for a merchandise category appears on the same customer purchase order, every effort will be made to combine the products for that category in the same shipment.

At times, products may come from different warehouses. In this case items from the same category will be shipped separately.

Shipping Restrictions:

We cannot accept orders to Post Office Box only.  All orders must provide a street, unit (if appropriate), city or town or RR# and postal code.

Handling Time:

Our vendors provide a tracking number for each shipment. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped, outlining the order details, the shipping service selected and the tracking number for peace of mind.

The number of days anticipated for a shipment to arrive is based on weekdays (ie: Monday to Friday = 5 days).
