REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thanks for shopping at the S & C on-line retail store.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date your received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed with it.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also advise you as to the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the refund a number of days depending on your credit card company’s policies and process.

 

Shipping:

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for the return of any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If a refund is issued, the shipping costs for the purchase will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

 

Defective Product:

If the product is determined by our inspection to be defective, we will also refund the shipping costs of the return.
