Benefits of Wool : Wool is a soft, hard wearing fibre with a natural repellent to moisture and is inherently flame retardant making it difficult to ignite. Wool has an elasticity that allows the rug to return to its original shape even after its been pressed down by furniture for long periods of time.
Rug Care : Use "bare floor" vacuum setting; Spot clean with clean cloth and mild detergent, do not use bleach, have rug professionally cleaned every 2 to 3 years.
Note: Shedding is a natural occurrence in high-quality wool rugs, it will decrease over time. The amount of shedding will depend on the traffic pattern and use of your rug. It is normal for wool fibres to shed for the first few weeks it is not detrimental to the rug.
